    We offer free sample testing (clients cover shipping costs). For bulk orders, you can arrange factory inspections or third-party testing (SGS/CE) to verify product quality, low-attenuation performance, and durability.

  • Q Do you offer technical installation guidance?

    Yes. We provide detailed installation manuals, video tutorials, and online one-on-one guidance. For large-scale projects, we can dispatch professional technicians to the site for installation and commissioning (additional fees apply for on-site service).

  • Q What payment terms do you accept for B2B orders?

    We support flexible B2B payment terms: T/T (30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment), L/C at sight, and Western Union. For long-term partners, customized payment plans are available.

    For standard models (e.g., indoor P2.5, outdoor P4), lead time is 7-15 working days. Customized projects (special sizes/shapes) require 15-25 working days, depending on technical complexity and order volume.
