In Reggio Calabria, Italy, our partner installed a P3.91 outdoor rental LED display for use in a sports arena. The client chose the outdoor-rated P3.91 series so the same rental inventory could also be deployed outdoors for other events when not in use at the arena.
The client selected the outdoor-rated P3.91 series for two main reasons:
Brightness: At ≥4500 nits, the display remains clearly visible in venues with strong ambient light, such as areas with large windows or skylights.
IP65 Protection: The outdoor-rated cabinets provide protection against dust and water jets, supporting the display's use across both indoor and outdoor rental environments.
Outdoor Rental Flexibility: Because the cabinets are outdoor-rated, the same rental inventory can also be deployed for outdoor events, giving the client more flexibility than an indoor-only rental screen.
The screen was suspended from the facility's truss using integrated fast-locks and hanging bars. The 500 × 500 mm die-cast aluminum cabinets lock together to form the display surface, while the integrated hanging bars and fast-lock system support suspended installation. Installation was carried out using a scissor lift to position and assemble the lightweight cabinets.
