Not every LED screen sits on a flat wall. Columns, curved feature walls, ceiling bands and stage sets need a display that follows the structure instead of fighting it. That is what a flexible LED display is for.
This indoor flexible LED module measures 240×120mm and is built on a soft PCB, so it bends to the curved surfaces it is mounted on. Because each module is small (about 35 modules make up one square metre), you get finer control around edges, cut-outs and narrow sections than larger panels allow.
Pixel pitch runs from P1.25 to P4, the refresh rate is 3840Hz, and modules attach magnetically and are serviced from the front. It is a practical soft LED display panel for custom-shaped indoor LED installations where a standard cabinet will not fit.
Module size decides how closely a screen can follow a shape. A 240x120mm LED module gives you more break points along a curve or an irregular outline than a 320×160mm flexible LED module, so the finished surface looks smoother and the steps at the edges are smaller.
Easier to work around curved edges and narrow sections
More freedom when laying out customized shapes
Fewer visible steps on complex, irregular architectural surfaces
Use the 240×120mm flexible LED module where standard LED cabinets cannot match the architectural shape or the available space.
Rigid panels need a flat frame. Our flexible LED module uses a soft PCB backed by a reinforced support layer, so it can be mounted on concave or convex curved surfaces and keep its pixels aligned after installation.
The result is a curved LED video wall without the visible segmentation you get when rigid panels are angled to approximate a curve. The same flexible PCB design works for wrapped columns, wave-shaped walls and curved reception backdrops.
In retail, exhibition and corporate spaces, people often stand within a few metres of the screen. Six pixel pitch options (P1.25, P1.875, P2, P2.5, P3 and P4) let you match the indoor flexible LED display to viewing distance and budget.
For close viewing, the small pitch flexible LED versions from P1.25 to P2 keep text and product detail sharp. P2.5 to P4 suit larger walls that are viewed from further back.
Typical uses include product displays, exhibition backgrounds, corporate presentation areas, museum installations and premium retail environments.
Screens are now filmed almost as often as they are watched. As a 3840Hz flicker-free LED module, this flexible LED display shows far fewer scan lines in photos and video and keeps motion steady during live streaming or studio recording.
That matters for retail campaigns, events and studio backgrounds, where the screen will end up in someone's footage.
Without a heavy cabinet, the load on the supporting structure is much lower. The modules mount onto a customized metal framework, are easier to ship and handle on site, and adapt well to curved and artistic installations.
Before shipping, the 240×120mm flexible LED modules go through a 72-hour aging test in our factory.
Customized LED installations are often built into walls, curved columns or decorative structures with no access from behind. With this magnetic front service LED screen design, a technician removes a single module from the front, replaces it, and leaves the rest of the structure untouched.
Downtime stays short, and there is no need to open up the wall behind the screen.
Curved feature walls, decorative columns, irregular architectural surfaces and digital art installations. Flexible LED modules let the screen become part of the interior design rather than a box hung on the wall.
In museums and galleries, the shape of the display matters as much as the picture. Typical builds are curved information displays, interactive exhibition backgrounds, digital artwork structures and customized LED installations.
Retail spaces use flexible LED modules on curved product walls, brand feature areas and columns. Used as an LED pillar display module, a wrapped column stays visible from every direction in the store.
Companies use customized LED installations in reception areas, brand presentation spaces, exhibition halls and demonstration zones, where a curved or irregular display has to sit naturally inside modern interior architecture.
Curved stage backgrounds, temporary event structures and creative shape LED screens. The high refresh rate keeps the image stable during professional photography and video recording.

We offer three flexible LED module sizes. The 240×120mm flexible LED display is developed for projects where installation shape and space are the main constraints. The right size depends on the shape and scale of your project:
If you are not sure which size fits, send us the drawing and we will recommend one. The 240×120mm format is a common choice for architects, designers and system integrators working on customized indoor and architectural LED projects.
A: Smaller modules follow curved and irregular outlines more closely. You get smoother edges and more freedom in the layout than with 320×160mm modules.
A: Yes. Choose P1.25–P1.875 for viewing from about 1–3 m, P2–P3 for 3–5 m, and P4 for 5–10 m.
A: Yes. The soft PCB bends to concave and convex curved surfaces, and the modules are fixed magnetically to a frame shaped to your design.
A: Yes. The 240×120mm module is used on columns in retail and exhibition spaces. For very small column diameters, our 256×128mm module handles a tighter radius. Tell us the diameter and we will recommend the right one.
A: Museums, retail stores and showrooms, corporate experience centers, exhibitions, studios and customized architectural LED projects.
A: Yes. We provide CAD framework evaluation and structural layout support, so engineers and architects can fit the 240×120mm modules into customized architectural structures. Send us your drawing and we will confirm the layout and curvature before quoting.
As a flexible LED screen manufacturer, we support customized projects from the first sketch: LED layout planning, pixel pitch selection, curved structure evaluation, CAD integration guidance and a customized project quotation. Samples are available, and standard orders ship in 7–10 days.
