This case study details the successful deployment of a 4.80m × 3.84m (18.43m²) outdoor P5 full-color LED display screen in Brazil for commercial advertising. To overcome local environmental challenges—including high ambient light, strong UV, and tropical rainfall—the project utilized 20 lightweight 960×960mm die-cast magnesium cabinets in a 5×4 grid configuration. This engineered solution achieved a high-brightness (>5,500 nits) visual canvas, IP65 weatherproof protection, and a significantly reduced structural load on the supporting steel frame.
