This is the same small-pitch panel as our standard SMD line, treated with
COB (Chip-on-Board) technology — the LED chips are sealed directly onto
the board under a protective layer, rather than individually mounted and
exposed on the surface.
Impact Resistance: The sealed surface protects against physical knocks
and bumps — useful for installations where the screen faces frequent
contact during transport, handling, or use in higher-traffic areas.
Dust Protection: With the chips sealed under the board surface rather
than exposed, dust has nowhere to accumulate around individual components.
Water Resistance: The sealed construction gives this panel an IP65 rating,
a meaningful upgrade over our standard SMD configuration for any
environment with moisture exposure.
We use high-precision CNC machining on our die-cast aluminum cabinets to ensure a tolerance of less then 0.1mm. This guarantees a perfectly flat surface, creating a continuous visual canvas without any visible gaps or lines.
